I’ve always suffered from awful oily hair and dandruff since I was a kid. My go to shampoo had been Head & Shoulders, and I’ve been using it for over 14 years. Every time I tried to change shampoos, within two days my scalp would go back to being awful. I was extremely hesitant about going zero waste with my shampoo, and took a long time to find the product that would get me to take the plunge. Came across the Ethique dandruff shampoo bar and knew that with quarantine happening it would be the perfect time to test out the product without having to worry about anyone seeing my hair. I’ve been using it for about two weeks now and I’m never looking back. I thought the transition would be hard given past experiences with trying to change shampoos but this was seamless. It was like I never changed products. My hair feels cleaner than ever, smells amazing, and I feel good knowing I’m no longer adding to plastic waste. To top it all off it’s palm oil free (so hard to find these days). This product is a god send, 110% would recommend.

I really wanted this to work for dandruff and psoriasis and I was sceptical, but I gave it a fair go. After one week of use my dandruff flared up to the same degree as I’d get from using any other shampoo. It’s certainly not going to keep dandruff or psoriasis away.
