“Firstly I wasn’t convinced by the reviews..I mean celebrities may well rave about different creams…but they get a personal chef, a make up artist and on tap spa treatments to ensure their skin is in super condition. Then I tried the cream.. Apart from the fact it smells like nappy rash cream, my skin was clearer than it has been in years within one week of using it. I’m spot free and everybody tells me I have a healthy glow and an amazing complexion. One pot lasts an age, so it has actually been cheaper for me to buy one pot of this, than to buy a suitcase full of different products for different areas of my face each month!”

“The La Mer moisturizer does not “melt” when warmed up on the fingers prior to spreading on your face. It is thick, and does not readily absorb, leaving my skin sticky before going to sleep. The fragrance is not my favorite, but it’s not offensive. I purchased the smallest quantity, and given the price, I will continue to use it until it’s finished.”
